Greg did everything he promised and more! His estimate was half his competitors’. Not only did he power wash and stain our deck, but he also treated it with a mold-inhibitor, not offered by others. He sanded out damaged posts caused by our cats. He plastic-wrapped our home; no signs of overspray despite the extremely windy day. Greg arrived by 7:30 AM each day. He did an in-person consult at my home on Monday, power washed, and treated on Tuesday. And, thanks to the heat and sun, Greg stained on Thursday. He and his associate did the job; NOT inexperienced laborers. Reasonably priced for skilled service! HIRE HIM – you won’t be sorry.
Wells Painting and Pressure Washing did a great job! Mr. Wells was well informed about what products to use and really took the time to answer all my questions. We chose Wells for a few reasons. We received 5 bids and although he wasn’t the lowest, he explained everything well. He also ensured us he would be done in the timeframe we needed without sacrificing quality (the lowest bid was double the time Wells estimated). One thing he did explain was that he included a potential second coat if necessary where no one else mentioned it. When we realized how good the team was doing, was asked if he could do one additional room and two closets. He didn’t flinch… did them without question. Done on time as promised, with extra work done. Showed up on time each day, stayed till finished. Hire them!
Not only did Wells Painting do a wonderful job, but they were also pleasant, friendly, and within my budget. I love that there was no hidden fee and no pressure to do more. A fine job was done by Greg and his guys! They worked quickly without mistakes, cleaned up their mess, and were extremely considerate and polite — parking on the street thereby leaving room in the driveway. I would recommend them for any painting job, no matter how big or small!
